    Appreciate the sentiments, my friend. The first 3 dogs my wife and I got over the course of a few years (while dating up until after we were married) were chihuahuas. Only 1 of the originally trio remains. So sorry to hear about your pup's diagnosis, and the loss you've had to endure this year :slight_frown:

    Put out a large party and took off.
    15 stuffed lobster
    3 boiled.
    100 littlenecks halfshell
    100 casinos
    100 coconut shrimp
    Mozz stix
    Stuffed mushrooms
    Beef tips w/demi, baked stuffed shrimp
    Green beans almondine
    Roasted fingerlings
    Stuffed chicken breast..
    Killed it.
    Fruity time and going to watch some pre season Giants/Pats.
    Normally no big deal but we need to see some of this new Giants regime.[​IMG]

    ...despite my normally innate skepticism re: hazies, I nearly bought some of this just to try as they rarely make a bad beer (in my opinion)...thanks for taking one for the team and saving me money for some North Coast 'Scrimshaw'...:grin:

    I appreciate it, it's been tough. It sent me in a brief depression for sure, I can't stand watching hurt animals. It's almost like a cruel joke being played on you. I'd say it pisses me off the most. I wish we had the ability to breath life back into things.

    Despite what most people think chihuahuas are damn good dogs imo.

    Well, I went out again was busy exploring and driving after a fundraiser for the fire at my work

    Stopped by Asher Brewing to grab a quick kolsch since I like them, then tried to find a place with food and beers in Boulder and found a brewery I won't name with half a tap list of IPAs and the other half sours so I left, and found myself at a taphouse with 40 taps and got myself a burger and fries

    Yeah they are usually solid. On the other hand, it could just be that I am a super taster for Sabro. Not the first hop listed. Maybe I don't like Meridian ?? hops either since its the first hop they mentioned.... Who knows. Glad you stuck with the Scrimshaw. I'll finish this beer but it really tastes like a poorly made tropical rum based cocktail. Bllleeaaah.

    ...never cared for mixed drinks...my idea of such is a vodka and tonic...your description of the beer doesn't improve my chances of sampling it...besides, as a product of the Rust Belt, I'm more of a beer and a shot guy, anyway...:sunglasses:
