    look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75

    A unique take for a light ale, this beer delivers some interesting sensory sensations to the palate. The aroma is the highlight, all fresh citrus with other elements likely the result of the sake yeast and green tea also used in the creation of this beer. The taste isn't bad either, bringing some interesting play with sake and green tea dryness adding depth. Still, it mouthfeel has a weak sensation overall. A good and refreshing beer for times when a light, citrus-like, warm weather beer would fit the bill, but not something I would want to have that often.

    Birds Fly South Apologize Less IPA with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Dragon hops. Solid flavorful well balanced brew!

    Having another round of Zythophile. Ate a few pieces of fried catfish from last night. Probably will be eating on more for sure. It's pretty tasty.

    I ended up with around 20 catfish fillets from a quart bag filled up. Family friend brought me 3 quart bags. Said he just cleaned a ridiculous amount of fish. I can't remember the amount but it was a lot.

    MO. A pale ale brewed by Maine Beer Company. Last MBC brew in the house. Looks like a trip to the beer store is in my near future. I hope they have more of this one. It has been available all month but the last time I could find it was in mid February! Maybe it just sold out so fast each delivery since that time.

    You have excellent taste in beer. I am a big Maine Beer Company fan but there seems to be just one place in my area that carries MBC brews.
