    Awesome indeed. Isid’Or is great too, but just somewhat sweet to my taste.
    And oak aged Quadrupels from La Trappe are out of this World beers by the way. I'll bring some when we can have a meet up. Still have one with @JamFuel name on it too :slight_smile: Good thing is this beer lasts for almost forever. And it gets better over time.

    There really aren’t that many beers aging well. I’m not one to cellar beer as I don’t nearly have much space for it, nor the self discipline but I’m sure a la Trappe oak aged could be great.

    I missed the opportunity to travel to the Netherlands this summer, didn’t get the time and the one friend I know living in Rotterdam went off the radar for whatever reason.
