I have a typical day in the life of Mr and Mrs G story
I was doing a bunch of stuff and I banged my calf on something, you know how it is, happens all the time when your working. You usually ignore it and go on working and forget about it.
I came in the house a while later and my wife says” you got something all over your leg.” I said what is it? She goes “oh my god you’re bleeding like a pig. “Long story short after Nurse Rachet cleaned and shaved the area, I had a pretty bad gash about 5 inches long and kind of deep. We argued about going for stitches and I talked her into putting about 10 butterflies on it and it’s fine. She said how did you do that, I said I don’t know I did really feel it.
The best part was she was talking on the phone to someone and I walked in and heard, “ yeah can you believe that, even a single celled organism knows when it’s been wounded”

Perfect beer for this week's weather. Imperial Stout from Divine Barrel, aged for 18 months in Apple Brandy barrels.

The world needs more of non-flavored, barrel aged Imperial Stouts and English Barleywines.

Still pretty damn tasty. Haven’t seen any this year; not sure if the sale affected its production at all. Did see new Narwhal so might need to grab some to extend my vertical another year.

 

Hopefully Mrs. @DrOfGolf is still happy with you LOL! Been hanging with Da Boss for the last couple of hours in her home work office and fed her a second glass of Chardonnay to soften the impact of my Double Two Hearted in round 2!
