    To me, it cellars really well. I had a few 2010s and the older they were, the better. I got one bottle left from that year.

    That being said, we can have different tastes and I'm not about to jump you for liking Night Stalker more when fresh.

    I told Weyerbacher to do this too. What color wax you think? Black? I only make 48 12 oz bottles a batch.

    Forgot I had a some of an opened PTE left in frig last night, lo and behold I went in to grab a Ruination now and found this from last night. It actually still tastes pretty good. I wonder if Heady tastes this good a day later :slight_smile:!
