    Prairie This Is The Way BBA Imperial Stout, 13.6% ABV. Pours black with a one-finger brown head that dissipated instantly, leaving no lacing. Nose is dark chocolate, oreos, marshmallow, and coconut. Taste follows, plus almonds, quite sweet, slightly bitter. Bourbon/chocolate aftertaste. Undercarbonated as with many of their stouts. Overall excellent. I have to think this would be better with more of fewer add-junks.
