    I'm lovin' this beer. Narragansett Fresh Catch Citra Session Ale. Sort of bready and lightly tart. Really nice w a little sushi. Cheers!!

    Iv never had great lakes Christmas ale but I think you'll enjoy the anchor Christmas ale. I'm still seeing the older Veltins packaging which is BB March I'm pretty sure. I should've grabbed more the other day but hesitated at the thought of knowing I'd probably be buying more beer this weekend anyway.

    From my admittedly shakey knowledge of the space time continuum, attempting such maneuvers will stick you in a time loop whereupon you're doomed to an eternity reliving the action of loading your laundry into the machine just as the love of your life walks in the door. From there I believe there's lots of shenanigans and comedy, with a sad denouement rescued by an unlikely revelation of the shallowness of your previous life, before everything is wrapped up nicely, and you both live happily ever after.

    Short revisit December 09th, 2022

    No changes with the look or smell or taste. I bump up the mouthfeel and, ultimately, the overall score.

    The mouthfeel this time seems fuller. Taking all other factors into consideration, the overall should also be bumped up to something equating to 'slightly better than average'. So, yes, a good beer, just nothing exceptional.

    Crystal clear, light gold body; sparse carbonation yet a thick, frothy head with a creamy density on top. Nice, warm cracker scent; very light spicy hop presence. Pleasant taste although a bit weak; very light malt flavor; mild to moderate hop bitterness; clean. Medium body; a little watery; mild dryness.

    A generally nice beer although it's rather weak and bland overall.

    ...depending on the year (and your taste buds and expectations), both Anchor and Great Lakes have very good to exceptional holiday beers...hopefully, what you have this round will leave you satisfied to wowed...

    Been waiting to pop 1 open. This is 1 of the most dangerous IPAs iv had. Very balanced for what it is. Goes to show you what you can do with 1 hop variety.

    Suarez Family - Crispy Little

    Apparently the brewery changed the recipe for this since the last time I had it. Still delicious but I did like the over-the-top resinous/pithy notes of the old recipe.
