    [​IMG] Thanks @2beerdogs for another excellent IPA. The first round of wrapping paper and tags and cardboard is picked up. We’re watching Scooby Doo holiday while we await the in-laws for round two at 1 pm. My wonderful wife has prepared a Christmas feast that is unrivaled. I am so thankful for her and my kids today. Even the petty arguments are enough to bring a smile to my face. This is the day the lord has made. Cheers.

    Hard to believe I haven't tried this yet!

    12 ounce can from last year, I think.
    9.8% abv.

    Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch tan head over a brown body with red highlights.
    Head dissipates rather quickly down to a thin ring surrounding a flat foam island.

    Nose is all Christmas-y with spices, cherry, slight malt, and a hint of earthy evergreen.

    Taste follows nose closely with a bit of sherry, spice, and a finish of bitter chocolate which reduces the sweetness. As it warms the finish leans more towards the spice (cloves, nutmeg.)

    Very nice feel with more than adequate carbonation.

    Overall, quite complex, as it should be, and I'm glad I bought a 4-pack for one more after dinner!!

    Holy shit BA's....I thought the 2021 Hunaphu would be the star of this pic, but no....the wife killed it with a maple sausage, egg, cheese brunch pizza!!! It was amazing, and I don't plan on "eating" again today. Oh yeah, this Hunaphu is pretty amazing too.....if your in the area swing by!!
