Definitely not a Chicago J record, but possibly a WBAYDN record with a second shot of Malort accompanying this OK, but sadly no longer Fully Krausened offering. Doesn’t get more Chicago than this, at least without a proper hot dog or Italian Beef involved.

That's so funny that you posted that. If you ever talk to my wife she would say that's my family in a nutshell. The mother was a carbon copy of my mom, she even gave my wife a recipe with ingredients missing.

 

New Oberpfaltz Feuergeist IPA (Citra). A Citra IPA always hits the spot for me if it's done well and this is one of those. Shows off the complexity of the hop with a clean, dry, and bitter foundation. These guys make some of the best beer in NW Indiana and are very underrated. Their lagers are top notch and their IPA's are old school and well done.

 

Correct order of consumption IMHO
