Oh, well after I replied I was randomly tapped on the shoulder and given a hoodie for having been here a bit. Very nice swag for doing nothing haha. Wasn't even drinking their beer.

It is, I hadn't eaten all day cause of damn jury duty. Can't stand vending machine food, so just dealt with it. This was just perfect after that.

Ridgeway IPA...a FANTASTIC English IPA on draft at the Beer Temple. Earthy with a hint of cirtus; balanced, well-made and a treat to drink.

Its great that we have a system in place to be judged by a jury of our peers. But it is the worse nightmare if you end up as one of the peers.
Best wishes for getting released as early as possible

Brewing Projekt Peach/Blackberry/Plum/Guava Imperial Fruited Sour, 8% ABV. Pours thick and opaque red, with a one finger light-red head that left puree residue. Nose is an incredible mashup of peach, blackberry, and marshmallow, with guava and plum in the background. Taste follows, with blackberry dominating, then peach and guava, moderately sweet marshmallow, and moderately tart fruit. Plum is here to take the edge off the tartness. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

This Wake Up Dead is tasting great at 6 months old. I have 2 more in the fridge to enjoy before the Sept 2027 best by date. The bourbon is making me scratch my head. Used to buy for 22-25 a bottle locally, but now it's a Kentucky only release and around 40 in the stores across the river. I have a stash, but have to remind myself I didn't pay $40, and it's ok if it doesn't taste like it. Cheers all!

I remember back in the day when this beer was kind of a big deal. No idea if it is anymore, but it's been years since I last had one so I grabbed a bottle when I saw it on the shelf at the local grocery store. As soon as I popped the cork I was reminded that funk is to Fantôme as peat is to Laphroaig. I nice choice for a rainy evening on my sixth most favorite day of the week. Cheers!

Everytime I see a beer and can like that, and I've had several,
I just think of all the dive bars I went to when I was 18,19.
The look on all the old timers face if they ever saw a beer that looked like that, their heads would explode
