    Fantôme is good when it is good, but I have found that the green bottle rarely does it any favors. At least, I tell myself that is what causes the skunking I have experienced.

    Well I ended up at at buddy's just 2 miles across town who was just back from vacation. Brought a bunch of TH. As my palate is very tainted I'll save the high end stuff for another day. Nice to cheers with "just" a Julius!

    For all I know, the bottle I’m drinking now is badly skunked—maybe that’s part of its charm. But the store where I got it takes good care of their beer so I doubt it. It’s just super funky and grassy, great carbonation, and a nice break from the routine.
