I hand wash all of my glasses, they need to do some QA with their glassware provider. From here on out, they will now be know as "Derve" Brewing Company. (Was just there two weeks ago when I bought this.) That's a cool place and they really bang it with their beers!

 

Wrecked on active duty & waited another 15 years to do the other. I got about 14 bonus years. An Air Force Physical Therapist told me to quit running in the late 90s. I ignored that advice & will say I have no regrets. The benefits outweighed the negatives. Still walking around & possibly still sane

Spent the day at daughters house. If anyone has had daughters or granddaughters, playing doll house and pretend cooking comes with the territory. While we were playing, five year old granddaughter starting singing a song in Mandarin! Apparently, they have been teaching Mandarin in her pre-K class. Just learning English was a struggle for me. It is obvious she did not inherit my genes.

 

It’s been a good day beer advocates. Just booked mine and the ladies trip to Wisconsin Dells in August. Got 70% off room rates. We will be staying at Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park. We will also hopefully be able to hit up a day at Noah’s Ark Waterpark. I am especially excited for Moosejaw Pizza Company and Brewery which we will defiantly be eating at one night we are there . I will also see if there are any other breweries around the area. I’m like I a kid of Christmas morning it has been at the very least ten years since I have been to the Dells.
P.S. I will also be bringing home tons of Moose Jaw, Central Waters, New Glarus(especially), and possibly Point brewery beer. and if I can find any Leinenkugels I cannot find in Illinois. Cheers! Drinking Emancipation Brewing Company HUEY Golden Ale 5.6%ABV Fairbury, Illinois. Also about to watch FDU Vs Florida Atlantic. Making a take and bake meat pizza breadsticks and deep frying some cheese curds for dinner.

 

SixPoint Stooper hazy IPA with some roast pork, broccoli salad and taters for dinner. Off to iron and prep for the week with some automotive shows....

In my case, unfortunately, it means transitioned to wine or bourbon.

 

That's the right way to start off again if it's been a while, and even better if it ends up on a tennis court, too. Played varsity tennis in high school, loved it, wasn't good enough to do D-1 though.
