Drinking Fidens Parameter Pilsner, this one is growing on me. Sometimes I get stuck in the mindset that brewers who have a specialty can only brew that style. This is a good pilsner from a hazy brewer

That's such a terrific, classic beer. The only reason I don't drink it more is I prefer to buy my locally made brews. But I get a craving for it all the time. I've found it goes very well with seafood.

Hop Honcho. 9% AIPA by Fat Heads. Hop bill of Citra, simcoe, strata, and mosaic.

Dank cannabis and sweet tropical nose.

Taste follows nose and has a mild malt base and only a mild hop bite. The ABV is well hidden. Dangerously drinkable.

I'd call this one Dankalicious. Another solid offering by Fat Head's. Cheers.

    look: 3.75 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25

Clear, dark gold body; dense carbonation, thin yet dense and creamy head, white colored. Intense bread-like, cereal grain aroma with a lingering hop spiciness simmering underneath. Huge toasted grain flavor; warm bread crust; spicy, peppery hop flavor; moderate hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; rich and velvety; lightly sticky.

A wonderful maibock, rich and flavorful, very malt forward yet also exuding some nice hop flavor and bitterness.
