    I am really British working class. But seen so much more from America blue collar workers, even if they insist, they are "middle class' (what a joke). But the intensity of the relationship when your labor and sweat together. Is different from when i had to work in an office. Luckily as I age i am still fit so enjoy physical labor. My stint in management told me enough to say that 90% of middle management is useless. Those that do the work know how to do it better

    This sells for 1,77 $/€ a bottle here in NL. In Germany probably even somewhat lower. Nice price (and beer) compared to the previous hipster can that came at around 6 $/€.

    I received some completely unexpected beer from @The_Kriek_Freak today - which means that I can enjoy my last Sip of Sunshine with lunch prep and pairing. :grinning:

    Once again, going home-made: maple vinegar brine I made for some Brussels sprouts, then used the rest to marinate the portabellos; quick whipped up some curry catsup and garlic mayo (former for the fries, latter for a spread); and some spiced russet potato crinkle sliced. :grinning:

    Also, dude ... holy shit! I was not expecting this in any way whatsoever. :slight_smile: Thank you!

    ...so what's my take on eight month old Heady Topper (cellared in my crawlspace): still pretty tasty and retaining a still pleasant aroma...sure, not as 'potent' as relatively fresh, but I think it holds up pretty well...still holding out hope that an Alchemist drop may happen before I head to WI next Thursday...

    Triptych, in collaboration with Japan House, Mirai Beautiful Future Rice Lager. Canned 4/25/23, 4.7% abv. My 2nd rice lager, and like the other, the flavors are light and very delicate. Pilsner malt and rice, with a little hop bite on the dry finish. Figured since the can said it was a rustic, unfiltered lager w/Rice, I'd better use a fancy glass.
