I agree with the OP. I've never been let down by SN.

Both really good choices. Something about the in your face "hipster" gimmick with some of the PT folks at events have kind of turned me off. I'm pretty sure that I saw a PT guy wearing a bowler and swimming flippers. Really great beers though.

For nationally available stuff it would have to be Founders for me - so spot on every time. Sorry Stone and Lagunitas - my liver still fears you too.

I was thinking Cantillon at first. After some thinking, definitely Hill Farmstead. Wilds, ipas and stouts/porters. I'm set.

The title of this thread just gave someone at AB/InBev a boner.
I'm sorry, but at first the title of the thread fooled me as to the content within and even though I don't work for AB/InBev (and the title didn't do anything for me) I'm going to say Goose Island.
Their Belgians, Sister Series, Sofie, King Henry, BCBS (+ variants) as well as year round/seasonal beers are all pretty darn good for my tastes.
I would be happy if all I had to drink for the rest of my days came (unlimited) from Goose Island.
    Cheers!

If you had asked me about a couple weeks ago, I'd have said Oskar Blues or Founders. But, 3 Floyds has assertively taken the crown for me. I wouldn't be disappointed with the other two (or Great Lakes for that matter). But, 3F has just really impressed me.

    Founders, Bells or Russian River.
I love RR, but they dont have a lot of the heavy and dynamics that both Founders and Bells do year round. However...I could drink Pliny the Elder everyday for the rest of my life and never get tired of it. Never had the Younger before anyone asks.

    New Glarus.

I do love Ballast Point, Alpine, Russian River, Moonlight & Central Water. But New Glarus takes the cake for supplying the ENTIRE STATE OF WISCONSIN with incredible beer. And for not selling outside of the state. At all. Ever. And for having a brewery like a mash-up of Old Time German, a Swiss Chateau & Disneyland.

I'm with you on keeping it local, so I'll go with the fitger's brewhouse, who's brewmaster happens to be the brother of town hall's brewmaster
