The wife and I had high hopes for these stuffed crab shells, seafood, the food of the Preakness, and they F'ing sucked, I ate one she threw hers out after a bite....and then the chips and dip came out and all was well with the world. Roughtail Brewing Everything Rhymes with Orange IPA to the rescue. Thanks @russpowell this IPA refreshed my tastebuds!!

Spent the day reworking the potting bench legs and trying a propane weed torch yakisugi pass on it. It takes some practice to get the right distance, flame, and speed. Wife wanted it “lightly toasted,” but I am a hack. It rained and got some water circles, so I might sand the main table a little and give it another shot. New beer here, too, Lasting Brass Wrath of the Nunchucks imp stout with peanut butter. Goid nose, decent flavor, heavy mouthfeel.
