Belated cheers to the weekend, BAs! My annual physical was this morning so I haven't had any beer since last weekend. Mrs. Mac is in Penna. today so I'll do my BA best to make up for lost time. Carton + OH All Orange Clouds in my Coffee. Canned on 4/12, the Hayissa Olocho coffee has turned nicely bitter and acidic. Cheers!

Bull & Bush Man Beer



This beer is a lovely gift from @beergoot , a style I enjoy less than I am able, with trips to Goose Island and The Beer Temple my rare chance to enjoy. Full review in the New Beer Weekend 150 thread, bottom line this beer was brewed for me and I'd definitely stop in at their brewery next visit to Denver.

 

The wife nailed brunch again, The Baby after a few bloodys........

Ran over to National Parts Depot and grabbed this beauty.......

 

Something a little different for me. Don't often go fo for a helles but here we are.

Grolsch Blond.
I lived in the town where this beer is from (Enschede, Netherlands) for a couple of years (way before legal drinking age). Still remember builders working in construction having Grolsch lager from the same bottles with their lunch. That was late 1970's No drinking at the workplace anymore nowadays of course.

Nice light carbonation remains. Moving away from sweet and towards savory. Great notes; this feels like it is at the right age and another year would move it back down the rating scale.

 

Saturday errands, including a beer run, are completed. Now time to tilt a few. Autodidact's Dream House DIPA is the real deal! It has the full flavor of an Imperial IPA but it drinks like a 5.4% Pale Ale. I was told they'd be canning this all summer, which is fine by me. Cheers!
