    Good morning/day BAs! Day 39 of the journey, brewery number 39 - WYOld West Brewing, Taproom, drinking Sage Creek IPA:

    Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial. Dull earthy hops, bitter orange peel. Fine tasting, pretty average IPA.

    I left the campground at 7:30 am MST…stopped for breakfast and the beers…I’ve got a couple of hours to my next brewery. Have a travel worthy Tuesday, and Cheers from Cody, WY!

    Howdy Advocates!

    Trying this Dortmunder Export from Foam Brewers.

    I am torn in opinions here with its beautiful appearance and excellent malt quality, but also an odd, lingering hop character that doesn't exactly jive with my palate.

    Taking a break from my beach today, as it's cool and breezy enough to enjoy my small deck.

    There...I've said it on the Internet... I've got a tiny deck. Enjoyed my many tho haha!

    It became dark just as I was about to walk to the Post Office to mail birthday and graduation cards, so cooking fish and chips and enjoying with my endless cellar clearing, this one fine like most over time. Purchased for March Beer Madness 2023, first ever I believe from this brewery brought home (all previous experiences were on draft).

    Great semi-clear, golden body; outstanding head, dense and rocky, white with good retention. Very pleasant smell; very mild malt grain scent; some berry and other assorted esters riding atop. Fantastic flavor; delicate biscuit base with a gentle tropical fruit flavor; light hop bitterness. Medium body, mild warmth; smooth; light dryness.

    I've never been a big fan of India pale lagers, but this one is an exception. A very fine beer.

    Picked up another version of Lollipop Forest from Deciduous Brewing.

    This one's featuring lactose and blueberries.

    I eat blueberries every day, huge fan, so had to grab it. This is good, but not as good as the blackberry & raspberry version imo.

    Not too many snacks advertised as hot actually are. These almonds are somewhat of an exception and do pack a bit of heat. I truly lament the discontinuation of my favorite hot snack, Blair's Death Rain habanero potato chips, those were no joke.
