Certainly felt the need for a beer after dealing with contracting BS all day at work.

I messed up. Got one of those great value 3 meat frozen lasagnas for dinner tonight and didn’t realize it takes two hours to cook…. Looks like a late dinner for me and the lady. I also made another batch of homemade cheesy garlic bread to go with it. Cheers!!

 

The campground is soaked and it is still drizzling…on the upside, there’s a food truck selling tasty grilled cheese sandwiches and Black Tooth Brewing beers - another Hot Streak IPA:



A really light clean , crisp IPA with plenty of pine and bitter lemon peel. I like!

I finally saw some Moose! Driving through the Bighorn National Forest today:



The sun is trying to poke through the clouds…nevertheless, I’m going to forego a fire tonight and just relax and drink some beers.

Phase Three Haus Lager. This doesn't fit into any specific lager category, but it's damn enjoyable. I'd describe it as a more complex Helles that's hopped like a German Pils. Malty, bright noble hop, super crisp, and clean. Depth with drinkability. P3 continues to make some of the best lager in the area.

 

Have to say "I'm jealous". We're in desperate need of rain here in Eastern PA which is unusual for this time of year.

You gave it a 4.25, that's a pretty high score for "not amazing", TS! (IMO )

 

Sitting inside tonight. I took the dog for a walk and it smelled like every house was having a bonfire, really hazy too. This is one of my favorite IPA. Residents on the radio.
