    It's well-balanced and not overly intense in any department. If anything, I would have liked a bigger chili pepper taste, but that's a minor quibble. This is a nice barrel-aged imperial stout overall.

    ...finished working with gun powder and explosives (100 rounds of .223 Remington loaded with some bullets I need to use up -- 55 gr SPs -- they'll work nicely for practicing my standing offhand shooting at 100 yards at a dueling tree)...and, of course, the yard is still wet with rain from yesterday, so mowing is out of the question right now...I figure the sensible thing to do is drink beer and pursue auxiliary vices for another couple of hours before toying with dangerously sharp rotary blades, spinning like a reeling and rocking @vabeerguy on a beer, wine and bourbon bender...
