    Yep. That first Friday beer always seems to go down quick and easy. This is an excellent Vienna Lager from Schilling. Immensely enjoying it and Chet.

    Had a mother of a summer cold all week. Finally I feel like having a beer and it is satisfying. But I don't think it's fair yet to rate beer given the lingering olfactory issues.
    Nothing like a resin-y west coaster and some hot red pepper spread to let you know you're on the way to normal again.

    Amen for Friday - been a long, busy week at work. Next week will be a short week - taking Thurs & Friday off, and won't be back till the following Thursday. Found this can of Boom Sauce in the back of the fridge, it's drinking well.

    Also got this new batch of Thai chilis from my favorite spice vendor, Spice Jungle. They look really good, a bit darker than I usually see them. Just my opinion of course, but I think they have the best spices, always really fresh and aromatic. I pretty much buy most of my spices from them.

    Svinbergets IPA by Närke Kulturbryggeri. These guys mainly make classic styles, Ithink this is the first NEIPA I’ve had from them.
