    Today we celebrate 27 years of this classic album. I made my mother go get it for me the day it was released, so she could ship it to me overseas. It usually took the NEX anywhere from 2 weeks or more to get new music stateside. I literally had all these rhymes memorized within about a week. I played this album every single day. Can't say enough about it. Peace...

    20k trail run in the books, with some vert, dirt, and hurt all involved. Good steamy morning... but good to get out. Legs are feeling good, no lingering knee bursitis, think I'm on the brighter side of better now. Let's go!

    This local brewery has disappointed me several times, but I love peaches and figured I'd give this a try. Not disappointed. Nice cream ale with plenty of peaches and vanilla.
