This is Italian hot sausage and pesto that will go over some pasta shortly. Couple of fresh Thai chilies tossed in for good measure.

 

I have seen this recently at my local distributors and have pondered buying it. Today I pulled the trigger and bought it! I’m glad I did. It’s the perfect muggy day sipper. At $12.79/ 4 pack it’s definitely worth it!

Summit Twin Pils (5.1%): A zwickel-style beer from Minnesota that is a newer version of the Keller Pils with flavors of lemon citrus, flower, and crisp pale malts.

Lots of authentic German Pilsners today. This is distinctly American rather, but excellent for the style. Citrusy, floral, and flavorful. Mixed feelings about the name change, but it's a perfect summer beer and thoroughly enjoying it.

I’m back from Barcelona. Amazing. Drank nothing but ice cold Estrella and San Miguel and I loved every sip. But I’m jonesin’ for a stout. And what in the heavenly fuck is this?!? A barrel aged stout that doesn’t have the abv of wine? Hell yeah.



A little sweet, but I like it.

Oh man, it's raining in Chicago and NASCAR isn't running on the street course. I was really looking forward to watching them slide into the barriers. Up next is Mecha Kaiju from King Fox in colab with Shojo Beer Co. "This collab beer was brewed with a whole lot of wheat as well as Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Chinook hops. We generously Dry-hopped it with Simcoe and Strata hops, 8%".

 

Pure Project Diamond Dust IPA (Cashmere/Mosaic). Honeydew melon, tangerine, ruby red grapefruit peel, lemongrass, slight mango, apricot, floral, slight dank, and pine. Pure Project makes some great IPA's.
