What beer are you drinking now? #3939

Good morning Advocates,
I reappear after a long time, during which I was also drinking around outside the house, such as Cologne (Päffgen Brewery and Pfaffen Brewery) and... for the Europa League Final in Budapest at the Mad House, the brewery's venue Mad scuientist, of which I also brought home a few cans (and glasses).
Unfortunately life's events (commitments, work, various vicissitudes...) prevented me from putting everything I've reviewed on the site. I hope to recover when I'll have a little more free time.
While waiting to go on vacation (tomorrow last day), this beer is like a preview of what I like to drink on vacation by the sea:

Põhjala (Tallin, EST) - NEUKÖLLN - Blackcurrant Berliner Weisse (5.5%)

33 cl can (€5 at the beer shop), on the label all the necessary information: "Produced on: 09/14/2021. Best before: 09/14/2023. Batch: N0304".
Berliner Weisse with added blackcurrant and lactose (Alc. 5.5%)
In addition to wheat, there is also a percentage of oat flakes.
Berries on the nose (raspberry, blackberry).
Poured is red, dark orange.
Non-existent foam.
In the mouth light and flat body that slips away.
Full taste of blackcurrant, which always brings to mind a taste of forest fruits and berries and tends towards sweet.
Non-trivial sour note that is felt just before the finish causing a slight astringency that cleanses the tongue of the full, almost "marmalade" taste of the currant.
Notes of currant echo on the palate, while the tongue is cleansed without that feeling of dehydration that is sometimes given by a slightly too accentuated note of lactic acid.
Although it hasn't been canned recently, it's still in top form.
Perfect beer for the summer: refreshing, easy to drink and also satisfying.
A praise both for the quality and intensity of the taste, and for the general balance.
A little carbonation would certainly have given it more vivacity, but in any case a product that I really liked and with an excellent quality/price ratio.

Good morning/afternoon BAs! Back from a 2 mile walk around the park before it got any hotter…something cold - Guinness Foreign Extra Stout:



Poured at 54°. My last bottle from St. Patrick’s week. I like better than regular and look forward to it hopefully returning in February.

First beer of August as I took 2 days off from drinking…I need to lose a few of the pounds I gained during my beercation this summer. It’s gonna hit 93° today with a Heat Index over 100° again, so I may just stay inside today.

Canned 6/7/23 and drinking mighty fine! Dank lemony nose. Lemon, passionfruit, melon, peach, strawberry. Semi sweet. Opaque medium body. No hint of 8.5% abv. Tasty tropical fruit finish. Thanks Vann!

In honor of today’s beer holiday, I’ll meet my buddy at the pub later today for , what else, IPAs. Cheers y’all!
