What beer are you drinking now? #70

I'll save a bottle when we do another trade. It's pretty decent

 

Just kinda... a little bit... like, it never actually reaches shelves. Ridiculous.

 

Backwoods Bastard hit here in VA while I was stationed in Pensacola. I missed it by a week

 

Started with an Alpine Keene Idea and a Pliny the Elder on draft.

Currently drinking a Boulevard Double Wide, which is good but doesn't measure up to the previous two. Not that that's anything to be ashamed of.

 

The only beers I have had tonight that is worth mentioning... haha

 

Just opened up a fresh Flower Power. Such a great beer. So much grapefruit flavor.

 

Hey, I also just had a Double Wide. Cheer!

 

Here's the lineup - Weihenstephaner Pilsner, Sixpoint Sweet Action, Founders Breakfast Stout, and Great Divide Hibernation Ale.

Watching the wire. I'm on the Hibernation Ale. Next up.... bed

 

Lunch is amazing, but its rare to find it in VA , one of the local stores get it occasionally but its very limited :/

As expected, this is so damn good. Cut the distrib down to 5K and this would warrant mad KH units...

 

Same here in NJ. Peeper is usually around, everything else, not so much.
I was able to grab a bottle of Moe last weekend. Haven't seen Zoe or Lunch for a few weeks.

 

Now onto a half growler of Union Jack IPA. I love this beer. (sorry, no picture)

 

I got one in my fridge, waiting for that special day to pop this "oh tart" goodness. Glad to hear that it's so damn good.

troegs scratch 83 - Impending Descent

I must have had a bad draft and purchased a bad case because this beer tastes like absolute shit and the fact that it is rated a 4.24 blows my fucking mind. really? a beer that tastes like canned vegetables is an exceptional beer by BA standards? you people are on drugs

 

Having an old classic Ten Fidy to end the night, canned 10/15, I can't find IPAs this fresh half the time.
