Stopped by Wegmans in Collegeville, PA Monday while on my break and made a mixed 6 pack of Oktoberfest brews! First one up is: Great Lakes Brewing Company, “Oktoberfest “!
Drinks really good out of my Ritzenhoff “German “ themed mug!

 

unpopular opinion I got this beer when it was 4 days old drank two and hated it. Now at 4 months old I find it quite enjoyable.

 

Harp with a pulled corn beef sandwich.

Oh yea, and this might be the best bba coffee stout I’ve ever had!

Our first interaction (Heady from the can). It's funny and ironic that you show Coors Banquet, because I found myself eyeballing that beer when I was in my beer store earlier this week. It's been a LOOOOOOONG time since I've enjoyed that beer, and I need to fix that. You've given me the last bit of impetus I needed to do that, Jon.

And right now / real time? S'more local loving with a new Imperial Stout from Tired Hands - Eleven In The House Of Sin. Weird name but a great Stout! (Then again, does Tired Hands ever have any "normal" names for their beers? )
