    Morning, BAs! Sharing some breakfast stouts with my partner as part of a minor double celebration: her moms did the annual Mackinac Bridge Walk today, so naturally she gets our last Maple Mackinac KBS; and I'm now cleared to start working out post-surgery (three months out) to get back into shape, and today was my first day of weights. (This is also a reward for getting some more work done around the house. :grinning: )

    I think I'm going to start a three day rotating workout, ease my way in: one day of back and bi (all dumb bells, nothing that strains the neck); one day of chest and tri; one day of running. Walks on non-running days. It's a slow pace, but I'm still not technically fully healed, so I need to take things easy. I'm not in a hurry professionally, but personally I hate what the last two years have done to my body.

    Happy Labor Day peeps......warm and sunny day - started my day with a 10 mile bike ride downtown with my gf at 8 am....then a doggo walk of around 2 miles....going to get out paddling on my lake after lunch....life is good!

    And so is beer......

    As a Disney Cast Member the wife got a sneak preview of the new Journey of Water exhibit at Epcot. Which was really cool!

    [​IMG] At Woody’s Brick Oven Pizza and sadly the manager dropped the ball and all the good stuff is out. Lunch wood have been nice, I think this is a Pilsner from Banded Brewing. Seriously how do I not know what I am drinking? I will be heading later to York River Landing where they have an insane beer list, with awesome food to back it. I met @lordofthewiens Doc and his lovely wife Jill a few years back. Pliny is normally on draft these days, fingers crossed.
