    With the noticeably zesty bitterness, this is more of an American-style pilsner than a German-style pilsner. The can indicates German Saphir hops are used. It is crisp, dry, and clean on the palate. This one is brewed by Deep Brewing Company in Tallahassee, FL.

    I'm not a gin fan, but this had a nice balance of lemon & oak that nicely added balance. Quite tasty!
