    Back to this LBB (FH) Pinetop "IPA."

    It's good, but more like a pale ale, a little watery, a bit more interesting in appearance and nose than in taste but it's still... you guessed it... beer. Still has a nice little back-belch of pine on it, and some appealing bitterness (to me).

    We're about an hour away here from Nas' release on his b-day as well as the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. Hunter is checking in here w/ an IPA from Sierra Nevada. Hunter, do you want to say anything? Yes, of course I do. When I was 19 years old listening to Illmatic, I never thought that a dude close to my age would be rapping like this in 2023. Tbh, I didn't think I would see 2023. So, yeah, I'm thankful. I said what I had to say. Y'all can continue on.

    Kicking back with a crowler of Stillwest Imperial Hazy IPA. Slightly sweet, floral and fruity. Very good and easy drinking for 9%. Out of here tomorrow and heading closer to home.

    Drekker Chonk Bahama Split Sundae Sour, 6% ABV. Pours opaque yellow with a 3+ finger foamy head that left puree residue. Nose is banana, pineapple, and vanilla ice cream. Taste follows, plus guava, quite sweet faintly tart. Decent thick and creamy mouthfeel, overall excellent to outstanding-adjacent.

    4.3/5 rDev +1.4%
