    ... for the 3rd time in my life I am about to complete watching all 12 seasons + movies + special features & outtakes of Trailer Park Boys. I've just 4 episodes left.

    This fine Pilsner (its siblings in the fridge to be concise) will accompany me through the finale this evening.

    Just my humble opinion, but I think for fajitas the onions and peppers have to have a bit of char on them. Really gives them that extra push of flavor, looks great regardless.

    When I make them, I usually cook the protein separately from the onions and peppers and then combine the ingredients on the fajita itself. It all comes down to a matter of preference in the end. Enjoy!!!
