    1) Phase Three DDH Nonbinary Code (7.7% canned 8/16/23): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nectaron and Moteuka for flavors of lemon, lime, green grape, and berry medley. Some hints of mint and pine.
    versus
    2) Phase Three DDH Cloud Street (7.7% canned 11/6/23): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Rakau, Medusa, and Galaxy for flavors of orange citrus, orange flesh, smooth pineapple and melon. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Phase Three DDH Cloud Street:     Phase Three NEIPA Battle. First up one is about 3 months older, but one of my favorites with a great NZ hop profile. Start to get pretty tamed out at 3 months though. Still hints of some of the great flavors.
    Next is DDH Cloud Street. Fresh off the block for some other newer hop flavors. Orange flesh, pear, and apricot. Tropical and smooth. Very nice, but I bet Nonbinary Code would have won if fresh.

    More than a few day off chores completed! Now onto a Coffee (Porter) Break before starting Thanksgiving prep including roasting garlic for potatoes, roasting shallots for turnips, and making a Rauchbier brine for the turkey!!

    ...I still fondly recall seeing Ted Nugent and The Amboy Dukes at the Mansfield, OH roller skating park (North Lake Park) back in '73, when 'Call of The Wild' came out...never heard of him before...I also remember thinking how cool it was that he broke a glass ball with feedback and, as I now understand and believe was shattered by a roadie shooting a BB into it)...still, what a fantastic small town show back in the day...ah, I was such an impressionable youth back in the day...
