Short anecdote:
My tastes in beers have shifted over time, and I find myself seeking out non-IPAs as much or more than modern IPAs. The GF still likes IPAs, and faux-complains to me that I don’t buy her IPAs when I shop.

Guess what I’m drinking that has been in the fridge a fair number of weeks, now.


Never been a huge Hopslam guy, but I’ve appreciated it a little more over the years. I just requested she grab any Imperial Stout from tje same brewer if the store had any, and they did, so win!

(My jaw/teethe still hurt, so more work is needed, still)

Tired Hands Eviscerated Pathway of Beauty DIPA. Gotta say, this is one of those first-tier NEIPAs it's easy to take for granted. But it really is stunningly consistent, a joy every time.

Dubuisson Cuve'e De Trolls Pale Ale. Final bottle. A portion of it gushed out of the bottle faster than I could put it to the glass. Still tastes good and I like it. Nice & mellow. >> Also I hope mother nature will provide a foggy & mysterious scene when I step out tmrw for Chet's Brewskies and band rehearsal. Chet's is near the river in the valley so chances are good there for a pea soup photo. Salute!

 

No flights at 3 Sons brewing but they do sell 4 ounce pours.
I’m enjoying a live, laugh, lasers. It’s their Hoppy Pell wheat 6 1/2% ABV. Very liberally hopped so I love it.
