    I need to send you one of my sours!! Cultivate them dregs and brew your own!! Typically 65% barley malt, 35% wheat and aged hops. Get on it:wink:.

    I have all separate equipment on the other side of my basement. However I did turn a wild glass fermenter back to clean by using a bleach and water mix and I haven't had any tartness since. Put my Anna dregs into a saison in my wild plastic fermenter and will see if it gets more wild than Anna alone.

    Snake River Zonker Stout. Surprised to see this in the shop today since it's not distributed here, or many other places. Nevertheless, it's a goddamn good stout, and gives credence to the notion that regular stouts can be packed with bold, riveting flavor
