Settling in for the evening with a classic - BCBS (2022):



Bottled 2/Aug/22. 14.3% version. Poured at 57°. Boozy bourbon nose. Chocolate fudge and bourbon taste. Drinking fine at 1 1/2 years out. This beer should put me in bed early tonight. Cheers y’all!

Cigar City Jai Alai Double IPA

 

Thank you much. Drizzle rain most of the day with some hail, clouds broke right at sunset. Another storm lined up for tomorrow.

 

This is Amulet, a sour IPA from Hudson Valley Brew co. -pretty and pretty flavorful! Cheers

 

Prepping for kielbasa and peirogies with this local stout.

 

Samuel Adams Red Zone Lager

 

3 Floyds Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker DIPA. According to their website, this will be a yearly release for February-March and part of their "Limited-Release IPA's" series. The label covers the entire can and has a satisfying matte finish too. They wouldn't do this without knowing they were going to produce a lot of these cans, which further supports the yearly release theory. I'm not mad about this, as the beer is damn good, bringing plenty of dank, citrus, and resinous pine qualities from the hops and balanced by a sweet, bready malt. Top notch old school DIPA.

 

Really liking Big Hearted.
