Trifecta of WBAYDN, Hamms Appreciation and the Grilling shreads. These are a few of my favorite things. Had a heck of a time getting the turkey tenderloin to cook tonight. Report from the eaters was "delicious" Cheers!

Wait, you used GASOLINE to start your Weber?
I'd seriously invest in a chimney starter if I was you.

I usually have a few Yuengling Black and Tan pounders on hand for grilling on the ole Weber charcoal.
If not that, then it's definitely a home brew, or a combo of the two.
I fired up the grill just last week when it was 50* mid February to grill up some marinated sirloin flap steak. Delicious!
Then, a week later, it snowed 6 inches. Go figure.

Happy Sunday Funday Beer Advocates! Cross posting with the great cellar review thread. Actually smoking not grilling, first time doing a pork loin. Paired currently with a 2019 Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus. Fruit characters fade with time but still a delight, and a treat as always.

Crystal clear, light ruby, approaching some amber hues, fizzy pink tinged head dissipates quickly. Aroma is robust raspberry, mostly sweet jam like but also some tart berry notes. Lots of soft vanilla and hugely floral. Taste is very tart, puckering but not to the degree of any other Cantillons. Raspberry is def present but not super prominent, faded no doubt from the time. It’s balanced and complex. Long lingering oak and vanilla. Delicious. Mouthfeel is lighter side of medium bodied with a big carbonation and very easy drinkability. Absolutely wonderful beer, both fresh and with 5 years on it.

I like to use a bit of butcher paper and a squirt of olive oil to get my chimney started.

White Elm Lick The Spoon BBA Imperial Pastry Stout, 12% ABV. I previously rated this 4.6

Looks like we beat the record high today, reaching 69F, but just missed a record February temp which would have taken 71F. Grilling beer bratburgers, but we'll grill down to about 0F on occasion.

Criss-cross post...One of the things I love about grilling when it's 40 degrees or lower out is that I can crack a beer as I'm finishing up the food and leave it outside until after dinner. This second can of Hamms took about 2 hours to drink (with dinner and washing dishes in between). Ain't nobody complaining about being hungry tonight either.

Is it bad I looked up when SN's Summerfest will be hitting the shelves? I did recently spot Goose Island's 312 Wheat and that's another great warm weather beer favorite of mine.
