What beer are you drinking now? #4145

Canned 11/05/23 This beer holds up because of the malt. Yummy like Resin.

 

Gotta clean the head every so often. Also have a CD lens cleaner.

 

it was pretty good, but tasted kinda dank to me which isn't my favorite flavor. but nothing bad to report definitely has the look!

 

It's a beautiful afternoon here in North Jersey; I just wish it were 20 degrees warmer. Rat Bat Spider is one of the new beers released by Rushing Duck last week for its annual mid-winter Big Beer Weekend. It's a Quad aged for 3 years in bourbon barrels. Delish!. I just reviewed it on the NBW thread.

Btw, it's named for the 40 foot high Martian monster in the 1959 classic, "The Angry Red Planet." If you haven't seen this film, then I recommend you check it out. Super campy.

Thanks to all the well wishers and organ song posters this morning. Jr did awesome. The Mrs, who has played organ at mass for 35 years, says he already plays better than her. Kid is completely self taught, too. Now enjoying a cigar and beer in weather so warm I probably don’t even need the fire I have going.

Thinking of how proud Jr made me this morning also made me think of the people who would have been there to see him but are gone now. Steve, Busia, and Dad, this one is for you.

 

I think @jvgoor3786 used KBS instead of the baby, but my memory ain't what it used to be...
