    ...Mrs. BeerGoot wanted some Anasazi bean soup (with hickory smoked bacon since she couldn't find any ham hocks)...the soup / bean dish turned out swell...a little hot sauce spiced things up nicely, and a Sumo orange for dessert fit the bill for well-rounded flavors...this beer also suited the palate in a fine manner...
