    Thanks Mike, I'll relay it to her. It's funny, when we talk to the kids (23-33 yr olds) at work and tell them we have 78 years there combined, they just kinda stutter and go "wow"...... cheers buddy!!

    My son and I are are trying out 3rd cellared Abyss Reserve, this one a 2017. I was amazed at the density of the head on this one, which is different than the 2015 and 2016 versions. Not sure why, but it is.

    Clear, golden body; fair carbonation density, lively; somewhat thin head yet semi-dense and creamy textured, long lasting. Fine, balanced nose; light cereal grain with a twitch of mild esters. Outstanding taste; lightly toasted cereal grain infused with a moderate note of hop bitterness. Medium body; soft and full mouthfeel; slight overall dryness.

    Simple beers should be as tasty as this beer. The taste is fairly robust and the mouthfeel is killer. I foresee more of this beer in my future.

    Really surprised how much this Roughtail 3.8% tastes like a miller or Coors light: little IPA flavor. It is better than the last low cal IPA I had from goose Island though. Of course this is from Feb. I never checked the date on the goose Island. I have a feeling it was very old. Cheers!

    Been awhile since I had Trillium.
    Never forget these though. Damn this is good.
    Short rib burger process. That Umami and Black truffle salt amped this way up. Great freshly ground burger. I highly recommend you try it. I got 4 half pound burgers for 15 bucks. High quality. [​IMG] [​IMG]
