The movie I was thinking of is Snakes on a Plane. It is based, of course, on St. Patrick's famous utterance after spending a couple of weeks in Ireland:
"I feel ill and intermidibly weary of these God-forsaken serpents on this God-forsaken isle!"

And believe me this sounded much wittier in my head this morning when I thought it up, but once I'd posted I was committed to seeing it through.
