That's a Founders All Day Hazy IPA. These new All Day variety packs are great. I'm watching some Hallmark-like movie on Netflix with the wife and daughter.

 

I thought I would see @jvgoor3786 drinking the VB dry of these. Might be a MI only release. Cheers LNBA!

 

If everyone in the VB has one more beer we can make it to 500 posts like Todd asked us to do. I promise to do my part if you do yours.

I had no idea. And I saw them waaaaay back in...uh...1981. Opening for Jefferson Starship, if I recall correctly. (Don't judge. We didn't get a lot of shows in Albuquerque back in the day.)

Anyway, I'm home now. Putting together a decidedly non-Irish dinner, and sticking with the Living Häus theme from my last beer.



This is good, but that DDH Cousin Shannon was better by a healthy margin.

What???? I love Founders pilsners and I never see them anymore. You can be certain I would buy that but I doubt it makes it to the heart of SEC country.

Why am I not seeing 80% of the photos on my iphone on this thread? It must be the share program. I see all the photos on my laptop. I am using Chrome in both cases. Calling for help @LarryV

I can't see your beer photo in your Michigan beer post but it showed up in my reply. Very strange.

 

Had a few Guiness while I ate tonight at a good friends house. Opened this Forest and Main BA Empty Sea Baltic Porter when I got home and really wanted to love this beer. The OG version is sublime. The barrels here don’t shine and bring the beer down a notch. Mild cognac smell, chocolate milk powder, bit thin and bourbon is well hidden in the finish. By no means bad but a few notches under the non BA.

We were listening to a Cherry Red Compilation tonight. This is mid 1980’s City Gardens. Legendary shows there. It’s now a rotting building with a hole in the side. Guess these guys were re-released on Cherry Red records.
