    V.17. Name implies it is some long-range military artillery. But no, it is a DIPA brewed by Veil in collaboration with some other brewery in some other country. I can’t remember who this is and am too lazy to research it again.

    Anyway, it is a good beer.

    My mom was first generation American. Both her parents immigrated to the US in the early 1900’s (1917 I think). I am obviously only second generation. Same for my wife. She is just second generation.

    Thanks! @Victory_Sabre1973 - I had been a Green Card holder for a long time, so the process wasn't too bad. Of course I had to study for the exam, which was actually pretty fun. The guy giving my test accidentally said this while asking one of the questions "Why are there 50 states on the fla....crap!"

    Here's the other new-to-me from Trillium that made it to limited distro in VT in late March.

    16 ounce can packaged 02/26/24.

    Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a very hazy golden body with sticky lacing.

    Nose of dank herb, some tropical fruit and citrus.

    Taste has dank pine bitterness with a bit of mango to smooth it out;
    but a complexity that doesn't quite come together for me. Oh well...

    Good feel with near medium carbonation.

    Overall, not my favorite from these guys but still somewhat tasty.
