    Little by little I too am farming out stuff. Still mow the lawn, home repairs, etc. But I'm 73 and need to conserve my energy for the gym afternoon workout. Gets me in the right place for my evening beer relax.

    Yeah, I farm a lot of stuff out too. At my age it's hard to mow the lawn, get under the sink for minor plumbing work, trim hedges, etc.
