    "Draught-Style" Sierra Nevada Pale Ale differs a bit from the standard SNPA in that it:
    - has a higher percentage of crystal malt (not sure if this is still the case)
    - has lower ABV (5% vs 5.6%)
    - has lower IBU (34-36 vs 38)
    - is a slightly darker SRM
    - has a higher ending gravity (sweeter)
    - is tank conditioned - bunged during fermentation (vs bottle/can conditioned)

    The "draught-style" SNPA is normally what you get if you have SNPA on tap in the US. It's also canned for certain markets - such as the UK.

    Pours a dirty, cloudy, honey color; thick head, frothy and sticky. Sweet, caramel-like nose; honey; fruity esters like over-ripe apples. Heavy sweetness blending with a cardboard-like oxidation right off the bat; caramel; a touch of booziness; phenol-like aftertaste. Medium body; flat and glassy; somewhat astringent; lightly sticky.

    This beer has not aged well at all. It comes across as heavily oxidized and flat with stale taste. Perhaps a bad bottle, but it has enough resemblance to my try last November. I doubt I'll purchase another bottle, at least not of this vintage.

    Pours out a dirty yellow color with a slight bluish tint, looks dark amber in the glass; thick, long lasting white head. Fair aroma; a bit spicy. Interesting flavor; malty with a bit of mint and tea-like flavors; phenol notes; a mild hop bitterness. Medium-body; a bit of tea-like astringency; sticky; a bit dry overall.

    I have no previous experience with butterfly pea flowers, but I think this their use is what gives this beer its distinctive grassy and vegetal flavor as well as it's unique color.

    Schnitzel and Curryworst dinner with an n/a Bitburger. Not the greatest, not the worst. Less syrupy/caramel-y than some 0%’s, but still tastes a little off. Might be better with a bit more hop flavour, but I get that that’s not the style they were going for
