Been going all day today Walk and workout then laundry washed and folded this am ,car serviced for upcoming road trip , then grocery shopping . This High Life is hitting the spot .

 

Hop Butcher Blazed Green Relish (8.0% canned 2/6/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Strata, and Sabro for flavors of fresh orange, green papaya, and zesty citrus.

I ended up buying a haul of these when I found it fresh visiting Chicago, so working through the stash on these guys one by one. It's getting more and more tame as it ages.

Well my back problems are only getting worse. I actually tried to do some walking and stretching on the elliptical and when I got off I literally had no left leg and fell straight onto my ass. Then trying to get up I couldn't feel my leg so I couldn't get up. Took me 4 tries and boy I'm in pain. Damn..it

After a long week in the PNW, it’s good to be home drinking this juice box for beer nerds, with loads of dank citrus and berry flavors. Absolutely love it.

Long day, many of miles but here I am finally. Cheers all.

 

I think so but I must have a pinched nerve. Never in my life have I experienced the total loss of musculature, though temporary.

 

This meat was all about the salt+fat+umami experience.

A pair of thin-cut Choice Chuck steaks... dry-brined with Kosher+MSG, and seared on a rippin' 600℉ grill.

Not afraid to keep my teeth sharp and tear into some of the tougher cuts when the flavor is this rich and rewarding.
