Happy Saturday BAs! Hope your weekend is going well thus far. I'm drinking a Creemore Springs Premium Lager, an old favourite that I still return to once in a while. Molson bought these guys years ago, but it still holds up IMO. Cheers!

What a lovely Spring Saturday! We walked along the Columbia Trail in Hunterdon County and are now at Esker Hart Brewing in High Bridge. It’s housed in the former location of Highrail Brewing which closed for good last Memorial Day. I’m starting with Domra, a DIPA hopped with Citra and Nectaron. Not much to look at but the smell and taste are excellent! Lots of tart citrus, peach, pineapple, and tropical fruit. Cheers!

I was going to review this beer for NBW, but it is an immediate non-succuss. Maybe it tastes better with a fresh palette. @ZlaVydra, please tell me you destroyed all posers in the Exhumed mosh pit when they played Limb from Limb last night. I was exceptionally efficient in doing so on Sunday.

 

Central Waters BBA Pecan Kringle Imperial Stout, 12.3% ABV. I rated this 4.52 in 2020.

@Ozzylizard I dusted off the Snörkel! I suspect I've used this glass at least 1,000 times, but not for the past four years.

Morrow, a coffee-forward Milk Stout at Esker Hart. Holy brewer’s droop, this is good! Freshly-brewed coffee, dark chocolate, brown sugar, burnt nuts, and earthy char. A seriously good offering. Cheers from High Bridge, NJ!
