Finally a beer ...

 

So, about undid all my PT progress this morning. Went to let the dog out, not noticing that part the lead was behind my left leg. I heard/felt him starting to growl. There were walkers on the path with dogs.

I am sitting there screaming woah, woah! and trying to grab his collar to regain control, not fast enough. Ended up bracing myself against the door jam. Didn't feel good, but I didn't go down. I have nice abrasions from the lead & the shoulder is sore, but seems useable as it was 5 minutes prior to this

At Something Brewery drinking It's A Trap hybrid Mexican lager & hazy IPA, clear cold IPA. Not sure what the hell that description is but it's purty damn good.

My Dad drank a 6.5 oz. “nip” of Miller High Life every night after dinner. His dessert. When I was a senior in HS the drinking age in NJ was 18. We spent a lot of time in the local roadhouse tavern where the nickname for a bottle of High Life was “Berkowitz,” because you quickly killed it. We lived outside NYC and Son of Sam was a big deal in the late ‘70s.
