    Phew! Really glad to hear that, Tim, pain free? No ****les?
    My plan has me working a bit more on LT repeats and blocks at first, then bigger volume as we get closer to July/early August. Cheers... hope the return to running is trouble-free!

    Fininishing the Liquid Mechanics kolsch after the brisket and fixings. A ten hour cook and it turned out well. The smoke to meat taste was balanced using a mix of pecan and oak, it was moist and the fat was like butter. Made an Au jus from the drippings that took it to another level. Perhaps brisket dips tomorrow for lunch or dinner? Cheers!
