    You Texas guys have it down pat. I'm up for it though.
    Always wanted to do it. My goal is to eventually make some awesome Kansas style burnt ends. Had some in Overland Park in 2011. Best thing I've ever tasted.

    There are good burnt ends tutorials on YouTube. Everyone has thier own spin on shit. Many ways to skin a cat.

    Sapporo gets low ratings on BA, but I always enjoy it when I have it, I think it's a fine beer and well made. I've only had Asahi in a restaurant before but I remember liking it. Cheers!!

    I like the 4 seasons, FL was hot, hotter and hot and wet! Gets old after while. Nice to visit sucky to live in!

    Okay, this is for the IPA fans out there. Monday Night Brewing Death Raptor IPA in long beer format. 6.9% ABV. Wow, this will kick you in the teeth if you're not careful. Citrus fruit, berry and some herbalness. Lighter body makes it easy to drink and you barely note the ABV.
