Happy Friday afternoon! Shoutout to @AzfromOz for kicking it off! Starting off with a Fat Head’s “Sunshine Daydream “ Session IPA for this evening’s short session!

 

1) Drekker Doomsday Device (8.3% canned 3/26/24): A NEIPA from North Dakota with Mosaic for flavors of dank orange, tropical berries, blueberries, mango juice.
versus
2) Drekker Evil Natured Robots (8.0% canned 4/23/24): A NEIPA from North Dakota brewed with Mosaic & NZH-107 hops for flavors of orange citrus, green pineapple, guava, coconut, and lime. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Winner: Drekker Evil Natured Robots:
Happy Friday Advocates. Drekker Mosaic IPA Battle and a fun one. Not to mention the aweomse can art and beer names here. I should have done this battle sooner.
First is Doomsday Device. All Mosaic. Strong tropical orange, blueberries and mango. Incredibly tropical and flavorful.
Next is Evil Natured Robots. Mosaic plus that NZH-107 to give it a bit extra guava & green citrus notes. Yet still the same tropical flavors. These are actually very similar as expected. I think Evil Natured Robots is stepped up a tier with the NZH-107. Doomsday Device is oustanding, but Evil Natured Robots could be World-Class in my opinion. These kind of Beer Battles are the most fun.
