Half Acre/Sierra Nevada - Daisy Cutter Select

Joining @keilerdunkel with a Half Acre/Sierra Nevada Daisy Cutter Select DIPA (Centennial). I was excited to try this one given the pedigree of both breweries and it lives up to the hype for what I expected: a well-made old school DIPA. Huge navel orange flesh and peel, floral, grapefruit peel, earthiness, and pine resin, all supported by a bready, caramel malt backbone that balances but never impedes on the hop character. A dry and solidly bitter finish. Fantastic stuff.

My June beer, 2017, Equilibrium There And Back Again- Peach So nice when a cellar beer turns out this freaking delicious. Cheers y'all!
